My son just became a father on November 6, 2016 I mother has not allow his to see the baby because she is angry because they broke up doing the pregnancy the father signed the birth certificate he has later found out the child does not have his last name the mother is in a relationship with another women and she has allowed the woman to make all the decesions in my son seeing the child i hear all types of negative things from the mother family as far as how the child is being treated, because she now wants the father completly out of the way she has now said he is not the father and that he can go get him more children what can be done legaly

He must legally establish paternity and then visitation and child support.
The father needs to 1. Complete the Florida Putative Father form online to establish his rights so that the child can not be adopted without his knowing. 2. He needs to file a Petition for Paternity, Visitation and Child Support.
The father of the child has to file a petition with the court to establish his parental rights.
