Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been trying to get my son from my father for two year until he told a horrible lie telling me my son had die in a bus accident. then come to find out that wasn't true my question does my father have legal right to keep my son from me I never sign over any rights but he said he filed that i abbandon my son and i didn't so now that i know he's alive i want to start the fight to get him again so how do i go about getting my son back

You need to hire an attorney for this. It is too far involved for you to try this pro bono. If you can not afford an attorney, then apply for legal aid.
