Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i had a son with a girl who was still legally married to her husband. At the time i didnt know that and now she is in prison untill 2013 how can i find and prove my son is actually mine?

Because she was lawfully married to another man at the time of conception, the child is considered his. You would need to file a Petition to Establish Paternity with the court to establish your rights to the child. Therein you can request a paternity dna test before moving forward. The mother would have to be served the papers.
