Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son is incarcerated in county jail and he wants his wife to set up here phone so he can talk to his children...we are willing to pay for the phone deal, but she keeps making excuses and he is so devistated because he misses his children and she is not willing at all. What rights does he have in regards to this? Can she be told that she must let him speak to his children?

If you already have a court order in place with a parenting plan, then she might could be held in contempt of court. However, your case would have to be reviewed in order to make that determination.
