Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son and I live in FL and have for over a year. My son nor myself have lived in WV in over 2 years. I am requesting to have my sons case moved to FL. I want to know what my odds are that WV court with decline to exercise its jurisdiction and turn the case over to FL court.

You need to file a Petition to Modify and Domesticate the WV Final Judgment. with your local circuit court. Attach a Certified Copy of the WV Final Judgment.
