Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can my son live at home

I am wondering if my 24 yr old son who has seizures and is a full time student might be eligible for medicaide he is unable to drive and has to start living at home i already recieve the same benbfits he needs to apply for? Should i try and add him to mine or apply for him seperatly?

It would probably be best to apply for him separately and see if that is approved.
