Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son is 18 and lives in Arizona and his girlfriend is 17 and having issues with her living situation. She gets bounced back and forth between mom and dad depending on who can afford a child at the moment and they are not kind. They would like to come stay with us in Florida. What repercussions would we face and her? Could they make her go home at 17 if she would go to school to finish her senior year here.

Unless her mom and dad agree in writing, which I would want to have notarized, get ready to face Federal kidnapping charges.

A 17 year old is a minor so the parents of that minor control where she lives.
