Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My son lives in RI. His wife stays out all night and comes home when she feels like it. Doesn't cook for him or the kids, doesn't contribute to household expenses, draws unemployment and spends it in bars and on herself. Doesn't know if she wants a divorce but she comes and goes as she pleases. When she stays out like that, can my son legally lock her out of the house?
