Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son has been living with his mother and i for the few years of my sons life. and there where times that i would go iver there to see my son and they (mother & grandmother) wouldnt open the door so i could spend time with my son. at christmas time i would have to send the child thing by ups in other for him to get his gift, mother wouldnt open door. i had to go to the school board in order to find out what school my son was going to. i go and try to see my son again and this time the house on empty they have moved, not telling me anything, no phone number , address nothing. i had to wait until school started back to find out where the mother had moved my son to. was told at the school board that mother had packed up and moved to pueblo, co. at that time is when i found out where my child was. i has hired lawyers and investagators to find the mother so she could be served papers. but she moves again, now back to florida - talking to the school board in south florida my son is in lake county , i guess the mother was told that the father was looking for his son. and the mother went to the court house and put a enjunction on me . all i want is to be apart of my childs life and the mother is stopping me from doing so. what can i do ?

File a paternity action and Petition for visitation in Lake County CourtHouse. You need to get her in court and get your rights established.
