Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son was taken away from his mom because of drug abuse and neglect in 10' (she has visitations). Now there is an open investigation on her mother for something similar to child molestation. What are the chances of me filing and actually getting full custody of my son?

You can request supervised visits if the evidence proves that the grandmother is a child molester.
