Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi. My son, who is 17, mother died 2 months ago and he is living with his aunt in Florida. I would like to give her power of attorney but I would like it to be a limited power of attorney as I would still like to play a part in the major decision making. Can you please give me some advice as to what are my best options. Thank you.
