my son and i moved out of state to tennessee and my ex and i came to an agreement that he would get full visitation when i got to tenn i received a letter saying i had ten days to return to the state of florida within ten days of the service of papers. i need to get home so i dont lose my job and my son doesn't miss any more school what can i do

You need a court order to leave the state with your child. However, if your ex agreed and is now taking back the agreement, call the court house - speak to the Judicial Assistant for the Judge handling this case, explain that you will appear by telephone.
