Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have had my son for the past three years with little contact from his mother. Recently my wages have begun to be garnished. I found out it was an order for child support. The mother has had little contact with my son for those 3 years and now has decided she wants money. My question is before i file my taxes what should I do to prevent her from a)recieving anymore of my hard earned money and b)recieve my tax refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need contact to the Child Enforcement Division and stop the child support. Until you get an order cancelling the child support, the IRS will send you refund to her.
