Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son is the primary custodial parent of his child, mother also lived in house..a situation came up and my son gave me temporary custody until he comes home,,child was in my household at time that the mother came over with police to pick up child and I was told that my papers were not good because custody papers stated ..if either parent becomes sick, hurt ..ect....the child is to become accessible to other parent. What does that mean? child was accessible to mother on daily basis

that means she does not want you to have the child and she has the right to have the child. Where is your son. He needs to come back and get this child if there is some danger looming.
