Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son has just recently found out his wife was having an affair when they were trying to concieve their first child. She has indicated to her girlfriend that he may not be the bio dad. She also has been having affairs and my son is wondering if the second child is his also. He is getting an DNA for both. They are in the process of divorce. What if he is not the bio dad to either or both? He is on the birth certificate as the dad, however, he does not want to support them, if they are not. He hopes they are but resents the possibility that they may not be.

Legally, he is the dad and must pay support regardless of the biological reality. However, some judges allow disestablishment of paternity as part of a divorce case if the real father can be found. He needs a lawyer to help him with this or he will be stuck with child support on kids that aren't his.
