Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Does my son, who resides in Arizona, have any rights? My 25 year old son recently had a baby with a woman, who resides in Florida, who psychologically abuses him on a daily basis. I have seen my sons health deteriorate mentally and emotionally. The mother consistently harrasses him by way of cell, email, even to the extent of calling the district and regional managers of his work place, making his home personal business theirs. She has literally stopped any opportunity of his advancing within the company because of her constant harrassment. She is denying him the right to know the of the well-being of the baby. (visitation and child-support is pending the court system)

Is there an actual pending paternity/child support matter in Florida? If so, that should address all those issues re: communications pertaining to the parties' child.
