Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son and his separated wife have a 3 yr. old son. He lives in Florida with us for about a yr. now, does have visitation to see his son who still lives with his mother in NY state, but she now wants to move with him to Pa.. What now is my son's rights - he can't move yet back up on his own financially.....and wants to stop this move as also the rest of our family won't be able to visit him now also...

Do you have any legal papers as to visitation? really can't answer your question as I need more info.
