Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My son is 18,still in high school.My ex has taken him off his medical insurance. The MSA states that ex is to keep him insured.Can he take him off the insurance if he is still in school???MSA doesn't state an age to anything for how long he is to pay child support...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to make an attempt to get him to put your son back on the health insurance, especially since there is no restriction on the MSA as to length of coverage, which is normally through the time the child is still in high school or age 18 and emancipated, whichever comes later. If he refuses to put child back on health insurance, then you may have to file a Motion for Contempt and to Compel him to put him back on health insurance.
