Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son is 17 and in the 11th grade-he failed a year. He will be 19 when he graduates high school. My question is am I legally responsible for him after age 18-we live in Florida

Unless your child support papers say otherwise, child support stops when your son turns 19 or graduates, whichever happens first.
