Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My son just turned 18 on Dec 19th. He does not attend high school but does regularly attend a high school equivalency program. He also suffers from touretts and many learning disabilities associated with this disease. In Florida is he still entitled child support under these circumstances?

Probably not. If you decree did not state he was to receive funds attending a GED program, then I suspect no. As to the disability, you need to apply for SSI /SSD and see if he qualifies for this.
