Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son and his x have a 4 yr. old daughter together. The x accused him of things that were investigated and dismissed by the police department as well as Division of Family Services. They are in litigation over visitation. I have not seen my granddaughter since February and have not been allowed to call her. I don't have the means for a long, drawn out, expensive battle. What can I do to insure contact with my granddaughter?

I have to assume your son is asking for custody and/or visitation? IF not, he needs to get on it.
