Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can my son who is 23 yo go after his biological father for support? He is in college and could use financial support. His biologicial dad is not on his birth certificate.

Your son does not have standing. You do and now that he is over 18 - parents are not responsible for college education for their children. since you obviously know who the father is, why not talk with him about this situation or better yet, have your son talk with him.
