my babys father no want that i take vacations whit my baby in colombia , but hecan not see her because he has 2 jobs , he rent a room, hes in probatory , and he has no lisence what i can do?

So long as there is no court order preventing it, and so long as you do it only on your timeshare and not his, the baby's father cannot prevent you from traveling to Colombia. Of course, he may refuse to sign off on the passport, in which case you may have to ask the judge to order him to sign the papers.
