My son-in-law kicked my daughter out of her home. Electricity, water abd cable are in her name. Can She shut them off?

Is the house in her naMe. Get an emergency order from the judge in that county to give to the police to remove him. Yes she can turn off the utilities,and stuff but who is going to pay the final bill. I suggest u get am atty.
