My sons birth certificate!

Hi I was told that in the state of Florida if you are legaly married and have a child with someone else you cannot be on that childs birth certificate b/c you are married! Is this true??

It is kinda screwy but there can be a Bio father and a "legal" father for the same child. A child born to a woman who is married is the child of her husband (wow that goes back a long way). You can be made the father, father by acknowledging paternity or the other guy-father surrenders his rights. Like I said at the beginning it is kinda screwy. May want to get a lawyer to untangle this web.
