Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son's father has been charged in a Federal Indictment with several charges for selling heroin. His trail is in the fall. Since he is locked up 4 months now. I have not received child support. Can I apply for any assistance, Also is there other paperwork I should start filling out regarding vistitations with my son.I do not want him to have visitations with my son. Can I file for sole custody?

YOu need to get an attorney ASAP. You can be granted sole custody. You can file for child support through the Dept. of Revenue and receive state aid. I suggest you get started.
