Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son's father is currently on child support and is in arrears. He wants to move away and my son wants to go with him. Is there a way to reverse the child support? What will happen to the amounts he currently owe?

Yes. You both must go to court to modify the prior court order. He will still owe arrears unless you waive it.
