Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Ok. So my sons father and i have been to court over 50 times for fighting over my son, well the judge did a parenting plan and it was ordered. I'm suppose to get my son every monday and tuesday and every other week and ALL holidays this year, well my sns father is refusing to let me see my son, and never answers his phone so i dontknow if my 11 month old son is ok or not. I have no money to file papers and have no job right now. My sons father is filthy rich., I cant afford an attorney and i have tried 3 Rivers Legal Aid services twice already! and BOTH times, they said they have no resourses and cant get me an attorney because i'm not in "danger"!!! I am at the bottom right now, and i dont know what to do!!! I have no money to file papers, since he was only ordered to pay me $50/month retro and i cant afford nothing, i hae a daughter and im a single mom. I NEED HELP!! I need some answers on what i can do to get my sonback, and have his abusive father thrown in jail. He wont let me see my son and he is violating the court order!!!! HELP!!! what should i do????????????????

Ok. Sounds like you are in Duval County if you tried 3 rivers. (They don't tell us what county the questions come from). So..... this is what you do. Go to coj.net on your computer - go to clerk of courts - look for the family law on the left hand of the screen. hit that and wait. Click on the forms - go to contempt of court form. complete that form - then go to Notice of Hearing - call the office of the judge who heard your case - ask for a hearing date for the motion for contempt of court. If your son's father has an attonrey you must get him on the telephone (conference call with the Judge's JA - she will do it for you) and set the hearing date. Have the Notice of Hearing mailed to the son's father's attorney and then you appear. Tell the judge what is going on and hopefully, you will be allowed to see your son based on the above information you have stated (meaning that the father does not have custody because of something in your character/behavior that allowed him control).
