Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My sons father filed an order to the court to determine a parenting plan and child support since we recently separated. How do I respond since I can not afford an attorney?

Not sure how to answer this question since have only stated that you are separated. If you are divorced child support and the parenting plan should have been decided upon prior to granting the final dissolution. If you are not divorced then you should file a answer and counter petition in response. And also submit your copy of child support guidelines and a proposed parenting plan.
