Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Ok, my sons father, whom is filthy rich, got custody of my son, which i never got court papers for the court date, which he one because i wasnt there, and now we have a court-ordered parenting plan, and i get him every other weekend and every monday-tuesday. now he has decided to just not let me see him. i called th police and they said go to court, but i have no money and i moved to a different state to get away from this man, and i have no attorney and cant afford one. when i tried to get an attorney, they said they had no resourses and now im pretty much screwed. my sons father wont let me see my son and i want my son, full custody of my son as soo as possible. What can i do!!!?? i need help now!! my son is only 10 months old and i want my son. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have an order for visitation (court ordered parenting plan) then the police will help you. You need to show them the Order so that they can go WITH YOU to pick up your son for visitaiton. The fact that you moved to another state limits that possibility. The longer you lose your visitation with your son the better is looks for him in court. I suggest you move back to Florida - suck up and get the help you need to see your baby.
