Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son's father and I (never married) have a child support order that we did and established 3 years ago. Everything with that has been fine (I receive my payments and whatnot), I'm trying to set up a parenting plan since he seems to want little to do with our son now. Where do I begin if I already have done the child support part of it? Can I just skip the child support forms that I've already filed years ago? (I live in the 12th Circuit, Manatee County)

You have to file a supplemental petition with the same court, using the same case number. Use of a lawyer is recommended.
