Although I always like Mr. Goldstein's advice, I believe you might want to consider doing the paternity testing and file for child support, do a parenting plan for visitation. As your son grows older this will become more of a problem as the military is constantly moving and you need to know where your son will be. also, what if he decides to not re up with the military. If he tells you he is going to NC and then doesn't it will take months to track him down, money you probably do not have.
