Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son's father has not paid child support since 2006. He has Wed/every other wkend visitation.

I am going to have to stop his Wednesday visitations because he is imposing MORE financial burden on me, obligating me to come and pick up our son from him (although he is supposed to be bringing him home) because he refuses to bring him home at 6 when his wife is going to work vs. making me come and pick him up from him @8pm. He refuses to help financially w our son although he is able to. He is trying to claim disability however fraudulently still working. Since he is in contempt by not bringing him home dont I have the right to refuse to financially burden myself when I am the only parent that financially supports our child? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

You should not stop his visitation, however you need to file a Motion for Contempt as to child support. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach me directly.
