Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sons father and I share joint custody we have made a verbal agreement to allow our son to move with me to Georgia from our current home in Florida and I just want to make sure that in the event the father decides he does not want his son to live with me in Georgia, that he cant come after me and I will not be at fault for moving to better my life and my sons future.
