Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I let my sons girlfriend stay at my house until they got on their feet, however, they appartently never will get on their feet, in the mean time big arguement, where my son pushed her on the floor because she was breaking glass in the house. now she has gotten an temporary injuction on him and i need to know how to get her out of my house. i have been paying the mortgage and all utilities for several months now. the home is in mine and my husbands name. my son is not aloud on the property at this time. please help, i can't afford anymore.

You have to evict her just like a landlord would. In other words, serve her with a three-day notice to vacate, then serve her with an eviction lawsuit.
