sons insurance

My ex husband is ordered to keep

our son covered under his health care insurance.We moved out of the

state of FL.My son was denied care

called''Away From Home''care,they

say because WV KY are such rural

areas that he can't be covered here.I need help can BCBSofFL be

sued to cooperate with doctors that

do take BCBS insurance?I have a list

of doctors that do.I can't afford an

attorney to fight for what a judge

already ordered.Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have no money for a lawyer, yet you want to sue a giant company like BCBS?

No, BCBS can't be forced to cooperate with the doctors you want them to.

Your ex is probably in compliance with your divorce judgment or agreement, so your best bet may be to see if your son can be covered in some other way. Maybe you can get the insurance and your ex will agree to pay part of it. Or, maybe your son qualifies for an SCHIP program in your state (something similar to Florida's Healthy Kids or Kidcare), or maybe you'll be able to have your son covered by Medicaid.
