Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Me and my sons mother had a mediation to establish visitation. She didn't show up however they called her and she did it over the phone. She agreed to all the visitation and when it came time to go pick up my son she told me that she wasn't meeting me halfway which was the plan. Everytime I call and try to talk to my son she won't answer and she doesn't call me back. I opened another case against her here in Port St Lucie where I live. Our court date was scheduled for yesterday July 14th at 11:00 am. I was there and she was not. So the judge agreed that I can go pick up my son today and if she won't comply to bring an officer to her house. I left her a message telling her this and she has called me back and left a message telling me don't bother coming because I'm getting a lawyer and we need to open a case here because she lives in Orlando. What can I do?

Go pick up your son. You have a court order already granted. She will have to comply with Port St. Lucie and will have to attend court there.

Get your son and get a lawyer so that things happen in Pt St. Lucie.
