Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

sons wife broke one of my windows
I currently live in miami florida. my son , who is 18, is married to a woman, who is 17. They have a child together. thay have been seperated since nov 12 2004. she texted me a message writing '' sleep with one eye open and watch ur family'' also '' i wi not be the one coming after you but someone else will'' i called the police and they wrote a report. On march 4 she called my son and told him to go and get the baby because they were throwing her out and that he could keep the baby. I went and picked him up and tried to get her a hotel room, but there was none available
she showed up on march 5th demanding the baby my son told her to forget it, so she took her hand and broke my son's bedroom window. the police showed up and he told them that he was keeping the baby. now they also wrote a report about her breaking the window and gave her a no trespassing warning on my property. Is there anyway my son can get custody of the baby? I plan to go to the state attorneys office tomorrow to file charges on both counts against her.

He can seek a custody decree from the court.
