Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sons wife constantly filed for divorce every few months. She was very vindictive and had mental health issues. She would then would cancel the divorce, (5 times). This last time she filed, she stated she did not know his whereabouts, therefore son was not notified of any court dates to contest etc. He paid child support, and she always had contact with him. She lied to the courts. He later finds his parental rights were taken away with the divorce. What can he do about this? He was told he has to abide with what the court ordered; parenting classes before he can do anything but how since he knew nothing of any of it. This doesn't sound right. He did not relinquish his parental rights to his children, as he and the kids saw each other only whenever the wife would allow him to. He never got his say so in court about anything, as he was never recieved a court order/summons at his address. She put down a false address. Help please.

He must seek to vacate the judgment based on fraud and improper service of process. Time is of the essence. Good luck.
