Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been sperated for 2 years doing 1 week mom 1 week dad custody since the date of seperation. My ex has just moved out of the county. I am getting ready to file for divorce and am wondering how this is going to affect custody and or his rights.

You\'re probably too far apart to do the 50/50 custody thing now, especially once your child is in school, so one of you (probably him) will probably have to settle for something like alternating weekend visitation.
