spousal responsiblity

My wife owes back child support (to Wisconsin) and just started paying her monthly obligation. She has been looking for a job and is borrowing money from her parents for this. We did sign a pre-nup stating I am not responsible for her in any way. Now I want to file joint income tax, but she wants to file separate because of the pre-nup. Will I be responsible for any part of her child support if we file jointly? We own nothing together and I have owned my home for 7 years. Am I responsible in any way for her obligations?
