what can i do if my spouse is cheating?
i am writing for a family member. his wife is cheating on him and she does not know that he knows its true, she says its not true all the time. she met the guy a the work place. the guy does not work there anymore,but she continues to work. she has a cell phone and they are constantly talking on the phone and my uncle has bought
two digital recorders and has been secretly recording her when she talks to the guy on the cell from work. they talk about two times a day monday through wednesday. she works on second shift and communicates on two 15 minute breaks and on the way back from her lunch break at 10 til ten pm. she is unaware of the digital recorders in the vehicle.my uncle is trying to get enough information and evidence to take her to court for divorce and see what can be done so he may get custody of their three children. we know that this has been going on for more than 9 months and we just found out that she was cheating on her husband(my uncle) about the last part of august of this year. she has nothing to do with him, they are always arguing but she does not want to leave the home on her own. we have found out that they have been seeing each other secretly at hotels. she left early on 12/13/06(11pm) to meet at a hotel.

Florida does not require fault for a marriage dissolution All that is neeeded is that the marriage is irreconcilably broken.
