If your spouse is in a class action law suit. And you seperate after are you entitled to part of the settlement.

Sometimes. Very often a spouse is entitled to half of the portion of the lawsuit which is determined to be lost wages, but most of a lawsuit is usually considered nonmarital (the sole property of the party to the suit). Still, you should discuss the particular type of lawsuit with a family lawyer to be sure.
