New spouse Finacial Information

I asked before about the w-2 how and why could the courts use this if my new spouse has nothing to do with ''my'' kids. He has his own children to pay for. And they never asked him to fill out a finch. affi. just for me to hand in the 1040 with his w-2 on it. Court orderd for the 1040 and now the attorney is tring to say he needs the w-2 of my new spouse along with that. I will not send in this w-2 because it was not orderd to. I Was just told to send in the 1040.. Can a court really go after my new spouse for child support and my attorney fee's
