Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My spouse is moving out of state in 3 months. He will see our daughter 3 days a week until he moves. Once he moves, he will have her during summer, winter, and spring breaks. Can the parenting plan be filed with today's situation and then outlining the future parenting plan or do I have to file with today's situation and file an amendment in March. I don't believe the divorce will be heard before March
