How do I get ex spouse to pay me my alimony? He hasn't paid in 8+ years but I can't afford attorney !

Alimony? Was he ever ordered to pay alimony? If your ex was in fact ordered to pay and hasn't then you should consider filing a motion to have him held in contempt.

Use the self help form for family law and file the Petition for contempt/enforcement - set the hearing and serve him.
