Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I sent my spouse, who had returned to her country over a year and a half ago, all necessary documents for our non contested Dissolution of Marriage. These documents include Certificate of Compliance with Mandatory Disclosure, Family Law Financial Affidavit, and Petition for Dissolution of Marriage with Property but no Dependant or Minor Child(ren). I sent these documents months ago. My spouse has yet to send them back signed or simply contact me.

How long must I wait before proceeding to the next step in this divorce process and what is the next step in this process without my spouse�s signatures?

You can wait forever, but if your spouse won't sign, you have to do a contested divorce, not an uncontested divorce.
