can a spouse revoked an power of attorney of her husband, if she had no knowledge of it,because he is incompetent and his sister has poa over him and the spoiuse had no knowledge of it. He walk out on his family and his sister will not allow him to give any support to his children. what else can bo done

If you had POA and not guardianship then you may have a problem depending on what the POA stated. Some state that if they become incapacitated that you remain the agent for them and there is wording as to health issues. I suggest you have an attonrey review what you have and also find for guardianship of your spouse and file fraudulent charges against the sister who should have notified you of any changes to his POA by filing a revocation of same with the court system.
