what to do if spouse threatens abandonment

My spouse says she want to move out of our martial house and rent an apartment, we are not divorced, she is threatnening me that she will withdraw from paying her half of our mortgage to free upmoney for her rent. What should i do?

Try marriage counseling/therapy. Legally, your only remedy is to get a divorce. You can then decide who gets the house, the debt, etc.
