Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a standing order for visitation to see my daughter, her father has not let me see her in 6yrs. I made a motion for contempt of court, but he laughed, changed all his phone numbers and still refuses to let me see or talk to my daughter. What other avenues are there that I could possibly take?? My local bataera legal services won't help me and I'M on a fixed income. How can I get to see my daughter ?? He has been telling her that some other woman is her mother. What can I do legally? PLEASE help

you need to file a motion for contempt/enforcement. Set a hearing - do the actual motion and sever it on him. If he does not appear he will be in contempt with the court on a second issue and the Judge will issue a writ of attachment that will have him brought into the court.

If you are on a fixed income due to medical reasons - you should be able to obtain legal services through the Americans with Disability Services.
